In general, the personal data collected offline by NewCoffee is intended for the management of the commercial/contractual relationship established.

The following data are collected:

Contact information: name, address, mobile phone and e-mail;

Personal information: date of birth, marital status, profession;

Tax and civil identification: taxpayer number and identity card number;

Bank data.

We use your data to:

§ Execution and fulfilment of our pre-contractual and contractual obligations, namely presentation of commercial proposals, credit risk analysis, effective conclusion of the coffee supply contract;

§ Communicate and manage our contractual relationship with you, being able to be contacted for administrative and/or operational reasons: accounting, invoicing, scheduling services and other interventions;

§ Personalize and improve your experience as a customer, and you may be contacted to carry out Satisfaction Surveys about our services, if you have expressly given your consent to do so.

§ User identification data – name, telephone, e-mail, address, tax identification number – when creating an account on our website;

§ Credit card data – cardholder name, card number, its validity and respective security code – when paying with a credit card;

§ Customer data for home deliveries – name, address, postal code, telephone, e-mail, purchase details – when requesting home delivery of the purchase made;

§ Customer data – name and e-mail – when subscribing to our marketing communications.

We use your data to:

§ Marketing/Direct Marketing – to inform you about brand news and promotional offers, which may be of interest to you – via the Newsletter;

§ Management of website users – to allow you to carry out online transactions;

§ Home deliveries – so that we can deliver your purchases to your home;

§ Invoicing Management – ​​for issuing invoices for the purchase of goods and services.

§ Marketing communications (Newsletters) – e-mail;

§ Reply to Customer contact – name, e-mail, mobile phone.

! Newcoffee wil, at no time, share your personal data with other third parties for marketing purposes, unless we have your express and explicit consent.

 

If you do not wish to receive or continue to receive marketing communications from us, you can tell us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing e-mail you receive. If you prefer, you can always express your preference not to receive marketing communications to the e-mail dpo@newcoffee.pt only with the subject "Remove".

 

! Newcoffee undertakes with you not to use the information relating to your personal data for any purpose other than those described above.

 

4. How do we keep your personal data safe?

We are committed to improving technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, dissemination or unauthorized access to it.

Based on the principle of minimization and the need for data, we will retain your personal data only for the period necessary to fulfil the objectives mentioned in the previous number, committing to proceed with its elimination as soon as it is verified that such data are no longer needed. Once the maximum retention period has been reached, your personal data will be securely destroyed.
